Annuals Although we specialize in restorations, rebuilds, and overhauls, we have a Certified Aircraft Inspector Authorization on staff to perform inspections for annual certification. We are approved for annual inspections and rebuilds for all Adams, Aero Magic, Aerostar, Amazon, Avian, Balloon Works, Cameron, Eagle, Fantasy, Head, Lindstrand, National, Piccard, Sky, Thunder and Colt, and Ultra Magic balloons. We aim to keep wait times to a minimum, and turn-around time from receipt of the balloon to the completed annual is generally one week, give or take, dependent on the Station work load. We know you want to be up and running as quickly as possible, but safety is our first concern and perfection is our standard, and, as we all know, perfection takes time. Cost for the basic inspection, exclusive of any repairs, is $250. If repairs are needed, we can give you a detailed estimate of the cost, based on a modest hourly shop fee plus materials costs, and a reasonable estimate of the time required to repair and test the system.
