Here at the Station, we specialize in restorations, rebuilds, and overhauls, including replacements of the top half, top third, and top two-thirds of an envelope. We also, of course, replace individual panels and repair holes and tears. In addition, we provide repairs and service checks for baskets and burner systems. We test all balloons on the premises at one of the largest facilities in the industry with indoor floor space to spread out the envelope for inspection gore by gore and an inflation area outdoors for final testing. We are approved for rebuilds on all Adams, Aero Magic, Aerostar, Amazon, Avian, Balloon Works, Cameron, Eagle, Fantasy, Head, Lindstrand, National, Piccard, Sky, Thunder and Colt, and Ultra Magic balloons. We keep a large inventory of nylon fabrics, Nomex fabric, load tapes, and standard threads in all the most frequently used colors to reduce turn-around times for repairs. Given the large selection and high quality of our fabrics and the expertise of our experienced staff, customers often elect to completely rebuild their balloons rather than purchase new ones at greatly inflated prices.
